Retail customers are those purchasing small quantities. Orders are shipped by UPS. Taxes may apply to retail purchases.
Wholesale customers include: government agencies and municipalities, nursery resellers, farms, not-for-profit organizations, and certain businesses.

HOW TO BUY ONLINE
When you're ready to purchase seed or have a mix in mind, you'll find that we've made it even easier to purchase Sharp Brothers Seed! Just select the species, in our Seed Species section, type in the quantities of seed desired for each species and click "add to cart." Our seeds are predominately
sold by the PLS (Pure Live Seed) lb. Some species are sold by the bulk lb
and should be listed that way. Some species are sold by the bag weight only and are listed as such.
Give us a call at 800-462-8483 and we'll advise you on availability and prices and help you with your order or give recommendations.
Buying online is easy and secure. Our secure server protects your credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Each item has a product order button. This button adds the item to your Shopping Cart. Putting something in your Shopping Cart does not commit you to buying it. You can add as many items as you choose to your Seed Basket. When you're ready to place the order, click the Check Out button and send it to us.

You can place your order by phone, 1-800-462-8483, between 8:00am and 5:00pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Please have your order and credit card number ready when you call. You can fax your order to 1-620-398-2220 anytime, 24/7.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to various restrictions on shipping agricultural products internationally, special arrangements must be made to ship outside the United States with the purchaser agreeing to pay the associated costs. Please contact Sharp Bros for further information.
WARRANTY
The Purchaser must make any claims for errors involving shortage or omission in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment. Liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of purchase price.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Prior to returning the material, please contact Sharp Bros. at 1-800-462-8483. Custom mix orders CANNOT be cancelled after the mix has been prepared for shipment. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any material returned for refund. If Purchaser finds any damage when unloading material, it will be the Purchasers responsibility to obtain the necessary verification from the carrier and file a claim accordingly.
YOUR PRIVACY
We have a privacy policy that protects your privacy on the Internet. We do not give your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or credit card information to anyone outside our company. We do not sell our customers' names to other companies.
