Formerly known as Aster tanacetifolius. A drought hardy biennial also commonly known as Tansyleaf Aster or Tahoka Daisy. A native forb throughout the central and western plains and mountain areas of the United States. It can be found at elevations up to 9,000 ft. It grows from 4-18” in height with purple daisy like flowers that bloom from summer through fall.
