Hard Fescue

A slow-developing, long-lived turf grass adapted to a wide range of soil types except for standing wet or strongly alkaline sites. Tolerates shade and is hardier than many of the other fine fescues. Salt tolerant. Low traffic tolerance and not tolerant of low mowing.
