Newhy Hybrid Wheatgrass

Hybrid between Quackgrass and Bluebunch Wheatgrass bred for palatability and productivity. Moderately sod forming grass that grows from 3-4 ft. tall in areas with over 14” of precipitation. Good drought and winter hardiness. Highly productive. As saline tolerant as Tall Wheatgrass but more palatable. Stays palatable later than many grasses. It is adapted to elevations up to 8,000ft, and also on saline dry or wet bottomland.
